TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS

Empleos has extensive experience in the development of topographical studies and related projects. It has produced more than 100 topographical studies. This includes land consolidation, town and country planning studies, topographical studies, road studies, hydraulic studies, etc.

The Company is dynamically active in this field and is a pioneer in the use of the most up-to-date land surveying tools and the integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in the design of studies. Topographic surveys can be either independent tools for the residential, economic and thus social development of an area, or be used as background studies for the development of studies of other categories (eg spatial planning, urban planning, plumbing, environmental, Of studies).

The Topography Department provides services in all areas of topography and field measurements, such as:

• Topographic surveys
• Cadastral studies and studies of the National Cadastre.

• Creation of photogrammetric backgrounds (photogrammetric surveys)

• Drafting of topographical plans of any nature (for issuance of building permits, drafting of contracts, demarcations, topographical backgrounds for arbitrary settlement etc.)

The Topography section (Category 16) has appropriately trained and experienced staff who carry out all of the aforementioned studies addressed to both the private and the public sector, operating under the same responsibility in each case regardless of the size of the project.
