QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY IN THE WORK AND SAFETY OF INFORMATION

The fundamental principle and commitment of our company, as well as the philosophy of each of its executives, is the satisfaction of the client’s requirements and expectations, from the planning to the execution and delivery of the projects, as well as its continuous improvement in quality, environment and labor while maintaining a high level of competitiveness.

Quality means that the executed projects meet the company’s specifications and fully meet the customer’s requirements.

The term Environmental Management means ensuring the protection of the environment by ensuring that it is minimally burdensome in the performance of its activities.

The term Health & Safety at Work means that the company’s activities are carried out by taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety and health of both employees and customers, stakeholders and external providers.

The term Protection and Security of Information and their processing systems is of strategic importance to the company in order to achieve its short- and long-term goals. In order to achieve all of the above, the Company’s Management applies a Unified Management System according to the standards:

  1. ISO 9001: 2015, Quality Management System.
  2. ISO 14001: 2015, Environmental Management System.
  3. ISO 45001: 2018, Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
  4. ISO 27001: 2013, Information Security Management System.

Through the Management System, the company is committed to its clients for the following:

  2. To offer value to its customers, through the level of the projects it offers. Focus on its customers by examining their complaints directly, but also by anticipating their desires and requirements.

The company operates with respect for the Environment and to achieve it:

  1. It continuously records the environmental consequences (direct and indirect) of each activity of the company in order to ensure full compliance with national and European legislation.
  2. It pledges to continuously improve its environmental performance.
  3. It develops at all levels of the company a sense of responsibility for the environment.
  4. It implements environmental programs to define and review environmental objectives and targets.
  5. It provides the general public, whenever it deems necessary, with all the information necessary to understand the environmental impacts of the company’s activities and other stakeholders with a view to raising awareness and informing them.

In particular, the Company’s Health and Safety Policy aims at:

  • Protection of the health and safety of employees of the company and interested parties eg. passers-by, visitors, consultants,
  • Recognize these risks that will lead to the development of ergonomic procedures to eliminate these risks.
  • Implementation of Greek Legislation on Health and Safety at Work.
  • Perform the job at the desired quality level without accidents, injuries or damage to equipment and facilities.
  • Attempting to continuously train the company’s employees on health and safety issues.
  • Clear reporting and understanding of all employees’ responsibilities on safety issues.
  • Effort to provide financial resources for the continuous development of new technologies, systems and forms of work risk control.

The Company in the field of Information Security is committed to the following:

  • Recognize, record and evaluate potential risks to both quality and security of information.
  • Take active measures to address these risks.
  • Take information security measures in order to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, whether in electronic or in physical form.
  • Provide confidentiality, integrity and preservation of the accuracy and completeness of information, as well as its processing methods.
  • Protect the interests of the company and those who work with it and trust it to use and distribute their data.
  • Ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the information produced, received and trafficked.
  • Maximize the credibility of the company’s IT resources.

Company executives are responsible for implementing the Unified Management System in their areas of responsibility. Management guides and supports staff to contribute to the efficiency and continuous improvement of the System.

In carrying out its activities, the Company strictly respects and fully respects the relevant Legislation, Regulations and Provisions.

This Policy applies to all levels within and outside the company and reviewed whenever deemed necessary. It is available to the public and to all relevant stakeholders.
